Welcome to DreamCoach ("Service"), operated by Automation By Meir ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using DreamCoach at dreamanalysis-39322.web.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DreamCoach. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental guidance.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without permission.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at service@dream-analytics.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DreamCoach to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.
• Use the AI analysis for medical, psychiatric, or clinical diagnosis purposes — DreamCoach is for personal enrichment only.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Plan: Provides 3 dream analyses per month at no charge.
• Pro Plans: Billed monthly ($20/mo) or annually ($192/yr) via PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued unless you invoke the 30-Day Moonphase Guarantee (see below).
• 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact service@dream-analytics.com for a full refund.

5. AI-Generated Content

Dream analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for personal insight and reflection only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or psychiatric advice. Always consult a qualified professional for mental health concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

The DreamCoach platform, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of Automation By Meir. Your dream journal entries remain your own — you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI analysis, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation By Meir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DreamCoach.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
